Can the Seahawks’ Russell Wilson throw for multiple TD passes vs. the Rams?

Can Wilson remain hot?

Russell Wilson is making a late run at the NFL MVP. Can he continue his amazing second half of the season when the Seattle Seahawks host the St. Louis Rams?

View NFL Odds

According to oddsmakers at MyBookie.ag, Seattle is the heavy favorite at home today, as the Seahawks are getting odds of -13 points against the Rams. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 40.5 points. These two meet today at 4:25PM ET on FOX.

Wilson has been as good as anyone in the league over the last five games. He has thrown for 249 yards or more in each contest while completing 70 percent or better of his passes. He also has 19 touchdown passes with no interceptions in that span. For the season, Wilson now has 3,538 passing yards with 29 touchdowns and 7 interceptions. He has also run for 502 yards and a score for the Seahawks (9-5, 7-6-1 ATS).

In today’s game with the Rams (6-8, 6-7-1 ATS), Wilson has been given an over/under of 250.5 passing yards and 2 TD passes. Wilson and Seattle opened the season against the Rams back on Sept. 13 and he was 32 of 41 passing for 251 yards with one TD. The Rams come into this game having won two straight, but they rank 21st in league in pass defense, allowing 247.3 yards per game. The Rams have given up just 18 passing touchdowns this season to opposing quarterbacks, but Wilson seems to be playing at another level right now. As some of his teammates have fallen with injuries, he has put more on his shoulders.
