Oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI currently list Arizona and New England with 9/2 odds, respectively, to win Super Bowl 50. The team with the next best odds to win this year’s NFL championship is the Panthers, who are 5/1. The Broncos and Seahawks, meanwhile, are both 6/1, respectively.
The team with the longest odds to win Super Bowl 50 heading into the playoffs is the Texans, who are 75/1 long shots to win this year’s NFL title. The Redskins also have long odds at 38/1, while the Vikings and Packers are both 35/1, respectively.
The Steelers needed to beat the Browns in Week 17 and also have the Bills upset the Jets just in order to make the playoffs this year. Now that they’re in as the sixth seed in their conference, they’re 7/1 to win Super Bowl 50. Pittsburgh (-2.5) is also favored to beat the Bengals in Cincinnati Wild Card Weekend.
Speaking of the Bengals, they’re 25/1 to win Super Bowl 50 as they head into the NFL playoffs with questions at quarterback. A.J. McCarron is likely to start Wild Card Weekend but if Cincinnati can pull off a small upset against Pittsburgh, there’s a chance Andy Dalton could return to the starting lineup for the Divisional round.
The Bengals also have comparable odds to the Chiefs, who are 24/1 to win Super Bowl 50 after rattling off 10-straight wins to close out the regular season. There’s no team in the NFL that’s hotter right now than Kansas City.
