Arizona Cardinals DFS Spin
Kliff Kingsbury told reporters James Conner (shin/knee) will not play in Arizona’s Week 18 game against San Francisco. Conner will give way to Corey Clement and Keaontay Ingram in the finale. The two figure to split snaps and be FLEX plays at best. Conner finishes the season with a 183/782/7 rushing line and a 46/300/1 receiving line. The 28-year-old was borderline fantasy irrelevant until Week 10, but scored all but one of his touchdowns from then on and commanded one of the biggest snap shares in the NFL, often playing more than 90% of the snaps for the team. Arizona figures to be in line for some big changes after a disappointing 2022 season, so it’s hard to forecast exactly what will happen with Conner, but the team would have to give him a post-June 1 designation to save any real money by moving on from him. He’s likely to at least start 2023 as the main back in Arizona.
San Francisco 49ers DFS Spin
Deebo Samuel (ankle, knee) is not on San Francisco’s final Week 18 injury report against Arizona. It’ll likely be a “get your feet wet” situation for Deebo off three lost weeks to this high-ankle sprain. Samuel will be a risky option this week, probably best profiling as a FLEX. He still is so explosive that he could take five touches and go for 100 yards and a touchdown, but if the 49ers blow out the Cardinals, he could spend most of the second half on the bench.

Cardinals vs. 49ers Prediction:
The Cardinals are 5-0-1 against the spread in their last six road games against San Francisco and are 7-2-1 against the number in their last 10 games versus the Niners overall. The underdog in this series is also 6-2-1 at the betting window in the last nine meetings between these divisional foes, while the road team is 4-1-1 against the spread in the last six meetings. Even with the Niners having everything to play for and the Cardinals 60 minutes away from their offseason, this is still a lot of points to lay in a divisional matchup.
