Arizona Cardinals DFS Spin
Kyler Murray completed 27-of-37 passes for 380 yards, one touchdown and one interception, adding nine scrambles for 31 yards and a rushing score in Arizona’s Week 5 30-10 cakewalk over the Jets. Sunday was already the sixth time Murray eclipsed 300 yards in his budding career, finishing with a career-high mark from under center. His two-yard designed rushing score was also his fifth touchdown on the ground, moving him to second in the league among all players in rushing scores. The Jets offered minimal pressure throughout, allowing the second-year pro to average 10.2 YPA and continue his thriving rapport with DeAndre Hopkins (6/131/1) with ease. Murray even took numerous chances downfield, finding Hopkins in particular for massive gains of 45 and 37 yards in the second half. Next Monday’s contest between the Cardinals and Cowboys offers fireworks for all involved.
Dallas Cowboys DFS Spin
Andy Dalton completed 9-of-11 passes for 111 yards in the Cowboys’ 37-34, Week 5 win over the Giants. Dalton came on with 6:33 left in the third quarter after Dak Prescott broke his ankle. It’s Dalton’s team moving forward for the remainder of 2020. He didn’t do much of note before the final, game-winning drive when he hit Michael Gallup for a couple huge gains to get the Cowboys in field goal range. Dalton averaged a robust 10.1 yards per attempt in relief. He’s no Prescott, but this is the best supporting cast of skill players Dalton will have ever played with, so maybe he can have some streaming appeal. The Cowboys host the Cardinals in Week 6.
Cardinals vs. Cowboys Point Spread Prediction
The last five times these two teams met in Dallas, the Cardinals failed to cover in four of those meetings. The home team is also 8-3 against the spread in the last 11 meetings between these two teams while the Cowboys have covered the number in four of the last five Monday night matchups overall. Meanwhile, the Cardinals are just 1-7 against the number in their last eight Monday night games, are 1-8-2 against the spread in their last 11 games after allowing less than 15 points in their previous game and are 4-10-1 ATS in their last 15 games after accumulating more than 250 yards passing in their previous contest.
