Arizona Cardinals DFS Spin
DeAndre Hopkins (MCL) will not play in the Cardinals’ Wild Card game against the Rams. Hopkins is recovering from knee surgery that was required to deal with a torn MCL. He suffered the initial injury in Week 14. Reports have indicated that the Cardinals would need to make it to the NFC Championship for Hopkins to have a shot at playing in the playoffs. Christian Kirk and A.J. Green will be every-down players until Hopkins retakes the field.
Los Angeles Rams DFS Spin
Matthew Stafford is listed on the Wild Card Round injury report with a toe issue but is practicing in full. It’s a new issue for Stafford but evidently not one that is costing him any practice reps. Stafford has had a knack for picking up nicks and bruises the past few seasons, but he didn’t miss any games in 2021. Stafford lit up the Cardinals in Week 14 but had an awful home start in Week 4 against the Birds. Much has changed since then, of course.
