Chargers vs. Broncos Prediction & Odds
The Chargers already have clinched a playoff spot and are likely to be the fifth seed in the AFC when the postseason starts next week.
With L.A. having little to play for, are the Broncos the smart play as a 3-point home favorite today at 4:25 p.m. ET?

Los Angeles Chargers DFS Spin
Justin Herbert (shoulder) was removed from the Week 18 injury report and will play against the Broncos. Herbert was a full participant in practice throughout the week. The injury should not affect him moving forward. However, the Chargers could get the chance to give him and the rest of their starters the week off if the Bengals win before LA’s game starts. That would lock the Chargers into the No. 5 seed. For now, Herbert should be expected to play close to a full game in Week 18.
Denver Broncos DFS Spin
Jerry Jeudy (ankle) was removed from the Week 18 injury report and will play against the Chargers. Jeudy’s limited practices this week were likely maintenance for a player who has labored through an ankle injury for weeks. After clearing the injury report on Friday, he should see his typical workload in Week 18. Jeudy will rank as a WR2 for his season-finale against the Chargers.
Chargers vs. Broncos Betting Trends

Under is 5-0 in Chargers last 5 games overall
Chargers vs. Broncos Prediction:
The Chargers are just 1-4-1 against the spread in their last six trips to Denver and are 2-5 against the number in their last seven games versus the Broncos overall. The home team in this series is also 5-1 against the spread in the last seven meetings. Brandon Staley would be a fool to play his starters behind a series or two today in Denver. Why risk getting Herbert or any starter hurt before the postseason starts next week? The Broncos have been an unmitigated disaster this season but I do see them closing out the regular season with a victory.
