Chiefs vs. Jaguars Prediction
The Chiefs will look to rebound from their Week 1 loss to the Lions but they’ll be challenged on Sunday by a Jacksonville team that played KC tough in the playoffs last season. Will the Jaguars cover as a 3.5-point home dog today?

Kansas City Chiefs DFS Spin
Chiefs HC Andy Reid said Travis Kelce (knee) will play in Week 2 against the Jaguars. Kelce was listed as questionable on the Chiefs’ final injury report, but we’ll take Reid’s word for it and assume he is playing. The star tight end has been trending toward a return throughout the week, after logging back-to-back limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday. Reid didn’t give any specifics on the kind of workload Kelce may see, but Kelce will be nearly two weeks removed from his injury come Sunday, and tried playing in the Week 1 opener against Detroit before ultimately being ruled out. We’d expect him to see close to a normal workload this weekend against the Jaguars, which means fantasy managers can start him with confidence.
Jacksonville Jaguars DFS Spin
Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said Christian Kirk will “get his chances” in Week 2 against the Chiefs. Kirk was the odd man out in the Jacksonville passing attack in Week 1 against the Colts. Operating as the slot receiver, ran a route on just 60 percent of the Jaguars’ drop backs and caught one of three targets for nine yards. Pederson said Kirk’s limited playing time was due to the Colts’ heavy use of zone coverage. Against Kansas City, a defense that plays more man coverage, Pederson said Kirk should have more opportunities. That Kirk’s usage will hinge on opposing secondary’s game plan isn’t great for his long-term prospects. Fantasy managers should consider Kirk a low-end WR3 in Week 2.

Chiefs vs. Jaguars Prediction:
Give me Jacksonville. I know the Chiefs are getting back Kelce and Chris Jones this week, but I see this turning into a shootout and I’ll gladly take the points in that scenario. The Jaguars have won six straight regular-season games, which is their longest win streak since 1999 and the fourth-longest in franchise history. They were also 5-0 outright as a home underdog last season (including playoffs), which is the best such record by any team in a season in the Super Bowl Era. They’ve also won straight as a home underdog dating back to 2021. This Jacksonville team is legit and has the firepower to match the Chiefs. This one should be fun.
