INDIANAPOLIS, IN (The Spread) – The Indianapolis Colts look to secure another division title on Sunday when they host the Houston Texans at 1PM ET on CBS.

The Colts improved to 9-4 on the season with a 25-24 win at Cleveland last week. Indy didn’t play its best game, but found a way to win. They now have a two game lead in the South on Houston, and already own a win over the Texans on Oct. 9. The Colts are now 9-4 against the spread in the season and they have covered in seven of their last 10.

Houston is coming off a 27-13 win at the Jaguars last week. The Texans have now won three of their last four to get back in the playoff picture. They sit 7-6 on the season and can stay alive in the South with a win over the Colts on Sunday. Houston is now 8-5 against the spread this season and the Texans have covered in three of their last four games. They have also hit the under in three of their last four games.

Oddsmakers think the Colts will lock up the South on Sunday as oddsmakers from Bovada.lv have given Indy odds of -7 points against the Texans. The over/under total for the game has been set at 49 points (View Matchup). The Colts have won four straight over the Texans and covered the spread in all four wins. The two have hit the under in six of their last eight.

In the opening game between these two, the Colts racked up 456 yards of offense, including 363 passing yards. The Indy defense held Houston to just 332 total yards. The big difference was between the quarterbacks, as Andrew Luck was 25 of 44 passing for 370 yards while Ryan Fitzpatrick was 15 of 23 passing for 212 yards and a score.
