Indianapolis Colts DFS Spin
Matt Ryan completed 22-of-34 passes for 199 yards, a touchdown, and an interception in the Colts’ 17-24, Week 12 loss to the Steelers. Ryan added four carries for 22 yards, the bulk of which came on a 14-yard scramble near the end of the game. He was also sacked four times and lost a fumble and bobbled exchange between him and Jonathan Taylor near the goal line. Until the final three minutes of the game, Indianapolis had no life on offense. Ryan came to life at the end of the game with completions of 28 and 17 yards, but it was an otherwise uninspiring performance from the 37-year-old veteran. With almost no ability to generate long plays, Ryan and the Colts’ offense will be a low-floor, low-ceiling squad going forward. Fantasy managers can continue to ignore him for his Week 13 matchup with the Cowboys.
Dallas Cowboys DFS Spin
Dak Prescott completed 21-of-30 attempts for 261 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions in the Cowboys’ 28-80, Week 12 win over the Giants. Prescott found Dalton Schultz for both of his TD passes, one of which was on an impressive 3rd-and-goal conversion for the 15, after the Cowboys had been backed up by penalty. Prescott very nearly had a third TD pass to CeeDee Lamb but he was unable to get both feet in bounds in the back of the end zone. Prescott’s receivers generally stepped up to make big catches throughout the game, including a one-handed grab from Lamb and several nice snags from Michael Gallup. Prescott will be a QB1 against the Colts in Week 13.
