NFL Week 5 Regular Season

Indianapolis Colts DFS Spin

Carson Wentz (ankles) returned to a full practice on Thursday for the first time since Week 1. He’s getting healthier and, hopefully, more mobile ahead of Monday night’s matchup against the Ravens. The Colts quarterback will remain outside of the recommended fantasy starter zone until we actually see him raise his ceiling, but at the very least this should help restore his ability to add a couple of fantasy points on the ground.

Baltimore Ravens DFS Spin

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports teams have inquired about trading for the Ravens running backs. It’s a far-fetched notion, but Schefter cites league sources as saying multiple teams are interested in making a deal for Latavius Murray, Ty’Son Williams, Le’Veon Bell, or Devonta Freeman. Perhaps the Ravens making Williams inactive last week inspired teams to check in on the explosive runner who appeared to be the best in Baltimore’s injury-ravaged backfield. Williams had 188 total yards in the team’s first two games, before being phased out of the offense. The rest of the Ravens’ washed backfield has looked old and slow, which is fitting since Murray, Bell, and Freeman are old and slow. For now, Murray is the team’s lead back. He should see the goal line touches that Lamar Jackson doesn’t take for himself.

Colts vs. Ravens Betting Prediction

The under is 12-1 in the last 13 meetings between these two teams and is 4-0 in the last four meetings in Baltimore. The under is also 6-1 in the Ravens’ last seven games following a win, is 5-1 in their last six games following an ATS win and is 4-1 in their last five games as a favorite. Finally, the under has cashed in six of Baltimore’s last eight games overall and is 11-4 in its last 15 conference games.
