As of this writing, our NFL Public Betting page shows that 70% of bets are on Washington. That said, this page is updated frequently so make sure that you click on the link provided so that you’re getting the most updated information.

Washington Commanders

The Commanders were down 17-7 at the half last week against the Falcons before making a comeback and winning 30-24 in overtime. Jayden Daniels completed 24 of 36 pass attempts for 227 yards. He also had 3 touchdowns and an interception. Daniels led the team on the ground, taking 16 carries for 127 yards. The defense came away with an interception and 2 sacks on the day.

Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys got demolished by division rival Philadelphia last week losing 41-7. Cooper Rush completed 15 of 28 pass attempts for 147 yards. He also had one touchdown pass and two interceptions, one of which was returned for a touchdown. Rico Dowdle reached 104 yards on 23 carries. With CeeDee Lamb shut down for the rest of the season, Brandin Cooks led receivers with 52 yards. The defense allowed 3 touchdown passes… one by Kenny Pickett and two by Tanner McKee. Saquon rushed for 167 yards on them. The Cowboys also couldn’t find a sack. Trey Lance is reported to get extended playing time in the season finale on Sunday. In the very little amount of time he’s played this season, he has completed 5 of 7 pass attempts for 22 yards and an interception. The 2021 3rd pick of the draft has a career 5 touchdowns to 4 interceptions.

Washington is 4-1 SU in their last 5 games

The OVER is 4-1 in Washington’s last 5 games

Dallas is 7-1 SU in their last 8 home games against Washington

The OVER is 8-1 in Dallas’ last 9 home games against Washington

Commanders vs. Cowboys Prediction:

Take Washington to pick up a big win and cover the spread on Sunday afternoon. Dallas is 2-6 ATS on their home field this season. Washington has covered the spread in 3 of their last 4 games. We saw what a Cooper Rush led offense looks like without CeeDee Lamb last week, putting up 268 total yards and just 7 points. Throwing Trey Lance back there for a few drives isn’t going to make me think this game will go any different. And how about the Cowboys defense? 2 touchdown passes allowed on 4 pass attempts from Tanner McKee? They couldn’t get a sack all game? I think the Commanders take care of business on Sunday and head into the playoffs off of a big win.

Commanders vs. Cowboys Prediction: Commanders -6.5
