Dallas Cowboys DFS Spin
Dak Prescott completed 27-of-35 attempts for 347 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception, adding six rushing attempts for 41 yards in the Cowboys’ 40-34, Week 16 win over the Eagles. Prescott’s interception came on the Cowboys’ first drive of the game and was returned for a TD. He had Dalton Schultz open in the flat but didn’t loft the ball enough over Josh Sweat, who made the play. Prescott led the Cowboys to TDs on the next two drives. Prescott missed what would have been a TD throw to Tony Pollard in the fourth quarter. Pollard was wide open, but Prescott rushed the throw. However, that didn’t end up having an impact, as Prescott hit CeeDee Lamb for a 7-yard TD on the next play. Prescott has played great this season and is set up for an efficient day against the Titans in Week 17. However, it could be a low volume day with the Titans struggling to put up points.
Tennessee Titans DFS Spin
Malik Willis completed 14-of-23 passes for 99 yards and two interceptions in Tennessee’s 19-14, Week 16 loss to Houston, adding seven carries for 43 yards and a rushing touchdown. He took four sacks and narrowly avoided at least three or four others. The 16-yard scamper on an option pull in the red zone salvaged a superflex QB2 day for Willis, but he looks overmatched as an NFL quarterback. Picked by Christian Harris on Tennessee’s first of two go-ahead TD attempts in the fourth quarter, Willis barely even saw the linebacker. Throwing off-platform and from alternate arm-angles for much of the day, Willis appeared to be throwing yo-yos, and didn’t attempt a single pass over 20 yards until his game-sealing Hail Mary pick. He only threw one other pass over 10 yards. He’ll be a rough superflex QB2 prayer against the Cowboys in Week 17, where you’ll hope the rushing upside keeps him afloat.
