Public Betting: Public Bettors Leaning Packers

As of this writing, our NFL Public Betting page shows that 55% of bets are on Green Bay. That said, this page is updated frequently so make sure that you click on the link provided so that you’re getting the most updated information.

Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins enter Thanksgiving Day on a 3 game win streak with the latest being a dominant 34-15 victory over the Patriots. Tua Tagovailoa completed 29 of 40 pass attempts for 317 yards and 4 touchdowns. Miami averaged just 2.7 yards per carry on 24 rushes. Jaylen Waddle was the lead receiver with 144 yards and a touchdown and Jonnu Smith was right behind him with 87 yards and a score. The defense had an interception, a fumble recovery, and 4 sacks.

Green Bay Packers

The Packers won their second straight game with a 38-10 victory over the 49ers. Jordan Love completed 13 passes for 163 yards and two touchdowns. Josh Jacobs had 26 rushes for 106 yards and 3 touchdowns. Xavier McKinney had his 7th interception of the season after a pass bounced off of Deebo Samuel’s hands. The Green Bay defense also had two fumble recoveries. One on Christian McCaffrey, and one on Brandon Allen on a strip sack. The Pack will be without WR2 Romeo Doubs, as well as Edgerrin Cooper and Jaire Alexander on defense.

Miami is 0-6 SU and 2-4 ATS in their last 6 games with temps of 32 degrees or less

The UNDER is 4-1 in Miami’s last 5 road games

Green Bay is 8-3 SU and 8-3 ATS in games with temps of 32 degrees and below under Matt LaFleur

The UNDER is 3-2-1 in Green Bay’s last 6 home games

Dolphins vs. Packers Prediction:

I like the under 47.5 on Thursday night. The weather is currently looking like a chance of some flurries and temps in the 25 degree range with a real feel of 11 degrees. Wind gusts will be pushing close to 25 mph. We have the team from Miami playing on the Frozen Tundra. Tua Tagovailoa is 0-4 in his NFL career in temps 40 degrees and under. He has a 55% completion rate with four touchdowns and five interceptions. Of course we all remember last season’s wild card matchup with the Chiefs where they managed just 7 points, granted the temps were below 0.

Also, the three teams the Dolphins have beat in their last 3 games all have losing records and below half defenses, with the Raiders ranking 29th, Rams ranking 26th, and Patriots ranking 19th in opponent points per game. Green Bay is ranked 10th allowing 20 ppg and Miami is right behind them allowing 21.5 ppg. On top of that these are two teams that are in the top half of the league in rushing play percentage, with Green Bay sitting at 5th running the ball 50.95% of the time and Miami ranking 13th running the ball 45% of their plays. The under is 4-1 in Miami road games and 3-2-1 in Green Bay home games.

Dolphins vs. Packers Prediction: Under 47.5
