Will defenses dominant in Baltimore on Sunday when the Ravens host the Dolphins at 1:00PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Ravens are 3-point home favorites versus the Dolphins while the over/under currently sits at 40.5 points. The point spread hasn’t moved off that 3-point number, but the total has dropped from 41.5 to 40.5.
The Dolphins have won six-straight games and are officially the hottest team in the NFL. They hung on to a 31-24 victory against the 49ers last Sunday when they produced a goal-line stand in the final seconds. Miami is now 7-4 on the year and is 6-5 against the spread. The over has cashed in seven of their 11 games in 2016.
Justin Tucker and the Raven defense led the team to a 19-14 win against the Bengals last Sunday in Baltimore. The victory allowed the Ravens to hold onto first place in the AFC North at 6-5, although the Steelers beat the Colts on Thanksgiving night and are also 6-5. (Baltimore currently holds the tie-breaker by virtue of head-to-head play versus Pittsburgh, although the two teams will play again in four weeks.) Despite their winning record, the Ravens are just 5-6 against the spread this season.

The under is also 7-1 in Baltimore’s last eight games in December, is 4-0 in its last four home games and is 6-2 in the Ravens’ last eight games coming off a straight up win. The under is also 12-5 in the Dolphins’ last 17 games in December and 12-5-1 in their last 18 games against an opponent with a winning record.
