Philadelphia Eagles DFS Spin
Eagles TE Dallas Goedert (arm) is out for Week 11 against the Chiefs. Goedert was expected to be placed on injured reserve this week but the team held off with the hope that he could return within the mandatory four-week window. That said, the veteran tight end will miss the team’s Week 11 game in a battle of first place teams from each conference. Goedert’s next chance to return to action will come in Week 12 when the Eagles host the Bills in Philadelphia.
Kansas City Chiefs DFS Spin
Isiah Pacheco rushed 16 times for 66 yards in the Chiefs’ Week 9 win over the Dolphins. Pacheco was only targeted once and did not record a reception. He accounted for all but one of the Chiefs’ running back carries. Pacheco is the only player getting work between the tackles for Kansas City, but that role has limited value on a pass-first offense that leans into their superhero quarterback even more when they get near the end zone. Pacheco will rank as a low-end RB2 when the Chiefs face the Eagles after their Week 10 bye.
Eagles vs. Chiefs Betting Trends
Philadelphia is 8-1 SU in its last 9 games
Philadelphia is 11-2 SU in its last 13 games on the road
The total has gone UNDER in 5 of Kansas City’s last 5 games
Kansas City is 11-1 SU in its last 12 games at home
Eagles vs. Chiefs Prediction:
Take the under. The Super Bowl was all about the offenses, but the defenses will have their revenge tonight at Arrowhead Stadium. The Chiefs defense is criminally underrated and will have a better game plan to slow down a banged-up Jalen Hurts. On the other side, the Eagles once again own the best defense in the NFC and while their pass rush didn’t get home in the Super Bowl, I don’t expect lighting to strike twice.
Eagles vs. Chiefs NFL Prediction: UNDER 45.5
