Philadelphia Eagles DFS Spin
A.J. Brown (ankle/rest) doesn’t have an injury designation for Sunday’s game against the Colts, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports. Brown reportedly rolled his ankle in the first half last week when he caught only one pass for seven yards in a loss to Washington, but he managed limited practices Wednesday and Thursday before upgrading to full participation Friday. Fellow wideout DeVonta Smith (knee) also avoided an injury designation and should be fine to handle his usual role Sunday against CB Stephon Gilmore and the Colts.
Indianapolis Colts DFS Spin
Interim head coach Jeff Saturday confirmed Wednesday that Matt Ryan will remain the Colts’ starting quarterback for Sunday’s game against the Eagles, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports. Though Ryan was initially expected to remain in a backup role after he returned last week from a two-game absence due to a sprained shoulder, he ended up reclaiming the starting role from second-year signal-caller Sam Ehlinger in advance of the Colts’ game against the Raiders. He guided Indianapolis to a 25-20 win over Las Vegas, completing 21 of 28 passes for 222 yards and a touchdown to go along with 38 rushing yards and another score on four carries. This weekend, he’ll be facing a previously unbeaten Philadelphia squad that will be facing a quick turnaround from its 32-21 loss to the Commanders on Monday.
