Texans vs. Bengals Odds
The Cincinnati Bengals look to remain unbeaten tonight when they host the Houston Texans at 8:30PM ET on ESPN’s Monday Night Football.
According to oddsmakers at MyBookie, Cincinnati is the clear favorite at home, as the Bengals are getting odds of -10.5 points against the Texans. The over/under total for the game has been set at 46.5 points. Houston has won five of its last six meetings with the Bengals and the Texans are 6-1 against the spread in the last seven of this series. These two have hit the under in five of their last seven meetings.
Cincinnati is 8-0 on the season, 7-0-1 against the spread and 5-3 with the over. The Bengals are coming off a 31-10 win over the Browns a week ago Thursday. Cincinnati enters this game third in the NFL in scoring (28.6 ppg) and sixth in total offense (391.1 ypg). The defense is second in scoring (17.8 ppg) and 14th in total defense (349.1 ypg). Andy Dalton has thrown for 2,226 yards and 18 touchdowns this season and only has four interceptions. A.J. Green has caught 50 passes for 702 yards and four touchdowns while Giovani Bernard is the leading rusher with 511 yards and two scores. The Cincy defense is led by Carlos Dunlap, who has 30 tackles and 8.5 sacks.
Houston is 3-5 on the season, 3-5 against the spread and 5-2-1 with the over. The Texans are coming off a 20-6 win over Tennessee two weeks ago and they have won two of their last three games. Houston is averaging 21.8 points and 369.4 yards per game on offense while the defense is allowing 25.6 points and 350.9 yards per contest. Brian Hoyer has thrown for 1,581 yards and 13 touchdowns this season while DeAndre Hopkins has 66 catches for 870 yards and six scores. Alfred Blue is the leading rusher with 273 yards as the team has lost Arian Foster for the season. The Houston defense is led by J.J. Watt, who has 40 tackles with 8.5 sacks.
