The 11th week of the NFL season concludes tonight with an AFC East rivalry as the New England Patriots host the Buffalo Bills at 8:25PM ET on ESPN.

According to oddsmakers at MyBookie.ag, the Patriots are the clear favorite at home, as they are getting odds of -7 points against the Bills. The over/under total for the game has been set at 47 points. The Patriots have won seven of their last eight against the Bills, including a 40-32 road win on Sept. 20. The Patriots are 3-1 against the spread in the last four in this series and these two have hit the over in seven of their last nine meetings.

New England is 9-0 on the season, 5-3-1 against the spread and 5-4 with the over. The Patriots are coming off a 27-26 win over the Giants on the road last week to stay perfect. New England ranks first in the NFL in points (33.7 ppg), total offense (418.7 ypg) and passing offense (325.9 ypg). The defense is allowing just 18.8 points and 343.7 yards per game on the year. The offense took a blow last week when Julian Edelman suffered a foot injury that has him out indefinitely. He had 61 catches for 692 yards and seven touchdowns this season. Tom Brady is leading the team with another MVP-like season. He has thrown for 3,043 yards and 24 touchdowns with just three interceptions. Rob Gronkowski has added 49 receptions for 806 yards and eight scores while Chandler Jones is leading the defense with 30 tackles and 10.5 sacks.

Buffalo is 5-4 on the season, 5-4 against the spread and 5-4 with the over. The Bills are coming off a 22-17 win at the Jets last week for their second straight victory. Buffalo averaging 25.7 points and 342.7 yards per game on offense this year behind its second-rank rush attack that posts 142.3 yards per game. Defensively, Buffalo is giving up 23 points and 349.6 yards per contest. Tyrod Taylor has thrown for 1,436 yards and 11 touchdowns to lead the offense while LeSean McCoy has run for 528 yards and two scores. The defense is led by Corey Graham, who has 74 tackles with one sack and two interceptions.
