A couple of weeks ago when speaking on the NFL Network, Peterson said he would like to retire as a Viking. “I’ve been there for 10 years plus. You think about all the relationships you build there, with the organizations with teammates,” Peterson said. “That’s what you hate to depart from the most.”
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Vikings are 30/1 to win the Super Bowl. The Patriots remain the favorites to repeat as Super Bowl champs at 11/2 odds, while the Cowboys and Falcons are both 12/1, respectively.
Of course, this is the same AP that tweeted about the “interesting moves” the Giants have made this offseason. Peterson has said he woul dbe interested in playing for the Giants if he does leave Minnesota. Either way, it would appear as though Peterson’s time in Minnesota is coming to an end.
