According to oddsmakers from online sports book RealBet.eu, the Cardinals are currently a 3-point road dog versus the Panthers for tonight’s 6:40PM ET kickoff. Arizona enters play with a 14-3 record and is 9-8 against the spread this season, while Carolina is 16-1 overall and 12-5 at the betting window.
