According to oddsmakers from online sports book RealBet.eu, the Cardinals are currently a 3-point road dog versus the Panthers for tonight’s 6:40PM ET kickoff. Arizona enters play with a 14-3 record and is 9-8 against the spread this season, while Carolina is 16-1 overall and 12-5 at the betting window.

Arians took over as head coach of the Cardinals in 2013 and since that point, Arizona is a solid 14-7 against the spread as an underdog. Granted the Cardinals lost by an average margin of -2.3 points in those 21 games, but they still covered at an impressive 66.7% clip.

The Cardinals were underdogs just once this season and won outright as a 3-point dog in a 39-32 victory in Seattle on November 15.
