Underdog Bills banged up, visit Browns
CLEVELAND, OH (The Spread) – The Bills will be severely banged up for their preseason tilt with the Browns at 8:00PM ET tonight.
Buffalo will be without its top five running backs, receiver Percy Harvin and several other players tonight in Cleveland. LeSean McCoy suffered a hamstring injury on Tuesday and won’t play, neither will Fred Jackson (hamstring), Bryce Brown (hamstring), Boobie Dixon (calf) and Karlos Williams (surgical procedure).
Along with Harvin, Sammy Watkins also missed practice time this week.
“You know we’re still going to be competing and going hard and everything else,” said head coach Rex Ryan. “But are we going to be limited, absolutely we’ll be limited.”
According to oddsmakers from online sports book GT Bets, the Browns are 3-point home favorites over the Bills for tonight’s game. The over/under is sitting at 40 points.
