The over/under total for the contest has been set at 42 points. The Giants have won six of their last seven meetings with the Rams and the two are 3-1-1 with the over in their last five games. The public betting in this one has Los Angeles getting 75 percent of the wagers on the road. Sunday’s game takes place from MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The Rams are coming off their bye week, but they defeated the Cardinals in London, 33-0, prior to that. Los Angeles is 5-2 this season and 5-2 with the over. Jason Pierre-Paul is leading the unit with 33 tackles and 4.5 sacks.
The Rams have been steady with the over, especially on the road. Their offense is going to find ways to score, as their scheme has yet to be figured out by opponents. The Giants will likely fall behind big early, but then tack on some yards and points in garbage time to allow these two to put up a big total. Eli is still a gunslinger, so he is going to either get some late touchdowns or throw some pick 6’s.
