The total is dropping ahead of tonight’s Jets and Cardinals tilt on Monday Night Football. Here’s the latest.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the over/under for tonight’s game is sitting at 45 points, down a full point from the opening number of 46. The side has also dropped a half point ahead of tonight’s 8:30PM ET kickoff, with the Cardinals going from -7.5 down to -7.

Bet Tonight’s Jets vs. Cardinals Game

The under is 5-1 in the Jets’ last six road games and is 6-1 in their last seven games after allowing more than 250 yards passing in their previous game. The under is also 8-2 in the Jets’ last 10 road games versus a team with a losing home record, is 6-2 in their last eight games on Monday night, and is 6-2 in their last eight contests after allowing less than 90 yards rushing in their previous contest.

On the other side, the under is a perfect 5-0 in the Cardinals’ last five Monday night games and is a perfect 7-0 in their last seven home games as well. The under has also cashed in nine of Arizona’s last 13 games overall and is 4-1 in its last five games following an ATS win. The combined score in the Cardinals’ 33-21 win over the 49ers last week did play over the total, but the under is 3-2 in Arizona’s five games this season.

On the injury front, Carson Palmer (concussion) is probable for tonight’s game after missing the win over San Francisco, while guard Mike Iupati will be sidelined until early November due to a shoulder injury. For the Jets, Matt Forte (knee) is probable, as is Brandon Marshall (knee). That said, Nick Mangold (knee), Sheldon Richardson (knee), and Darrelle Revis (hamstring) are all questionable.
