New York Jets DFS Spin
Jets RB Breece Hall (knee) is listed as questionable for Week 2 vs Dallas. Hall was upgraded to a full practice Friday, putting him on track to play for the second straight week. The second-year back is expected to remain on a snap count after the Jets limited Hall to 30% of snaps in Week 1 but should benefit from what projects as a run-heavy gamescript without QB Aaron Rodgers.
Dallas Cowboys DFS Spin
NFL Network’s Ian Rapport reports Brandin Cooks (knee) is not expected to play in Week 2 against the Jets. The news isn’t much of a surprise after hearing Cowboys head coach say Cooks “has a chance” to play earlier in the week. The veteran wideout will miss Week 2 and actually has a chance to play in the team’s Week 3 game against the Cardinals. In the meantime, Michael Gallup projects for WR4 numbers against the stout Jets defense.

Jets vs. Cowboys Prediction:
I don’t care that the total for this game is so low – give me the under. Did you see what the Cowboys did last week to Daniel Jones and the Giants’ offense? Jones must have felt like Dallas had 20 defenders on the field at one time. Much like the Giants’ front five, the Jets’ offensive line is a liability and Zach Wilson didn’t look like a quarterback that improved much over the offseason. The Jets will once again rely on their defense and running game to control the clock and honestly, I don’t think the Cowboys’ game plan will be much different. Points will be at a premium today in Dallas.
