Rams vs. Broncos Total Prediction

Public Betting Trends
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetNow.eu, the Rams are 7-point favorites to beat the Broncos. The total, meanwhile, sits at 52 points. As of this writing, 63% of the public betting tickets are on the Rams to cover the point spread.
Los Angeles Rams
Rams CB Marcus Peters says he feels “100 percent.” Peters quickly returned from a calf injury which was expected to sideline him at least a couple games, and he has struggled in coverage since, especially last week against Tyler Lockett. Peters said he just “got beat” on Lockett’s long touchdown, suggesting an injury had nothing to do with his play. Peters will get an opportunity to bounce back this week against the Broncos.
Denver Broncos
Courtland Sutton (ankle) was limited at Wednesday’s practice. The injury doesn’t sound like anything major. Sutton scored his first career touchdown in last week’s loss to the Jets, but he’s only cleared 50 receiving yards in one of his first five games. The second-round rookie is a solid dynasty stash, but he doesn’t have much redraft value at the moment.
NFL Betting Trends
Los Angeles
The over is 8-2 in the Rams’ last 10 road games.
Denver
The under is 8-2 in the Broncos’ last 10 home games versus a team with a winning road record.
Prediction
Everyone continues to concentrate on Sean McVay’s offense, and for good reason. This Rams team looks unstoppable at the moment, although questions have started to emerge about the defense. One week after allowing 31 points to the Vikings, the Rams surrendered 31 points to the Seahawks in Seattle last Sunday despite facing a depleted Russell Wilson and Co. Perhaps L.A. isn’t as good defensively as we thought and if that’s the case, the Rams make for a perfect ‘over’ team.
