Marshawn Lynch misses practice again, Seahawks still favored big

Lynch doesn’t practice, Hawks still favored

The fact that Marshawn Lynch missed another practice on Thursday has not swayed oddsmakers when it comes to the Seahawks-49ers point spread on Sunday.

View NFL Week 11 Odds

Lynch is currently dealing with an abdomen injury and hasn’t been practicing much leading up to games. He missed several days of practice in Week 10 before suiting up for the Seahawks in their Sunday Night Football loss to the Cardinals. He should be fine for Week 11 against the Niners, who are coming off their bye after beating the Falcons in Week 9.

Oddsmakers from online sports book Mybookie.ag list the Seahawks as 13-point home favorites versus the 49ers for Sunday’s 4:25PM ET kickoff. They opened as a 13-point favorite so clearly the Lynch news hasn’t caused oddsmakers to adjust the line. The fact that Lynch isn’t a quarterback makes a difference in how the line isn’t moving either.

The total for Sunday’s game has dropped, however, going from 40.5 down to 40.
