According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Panthers are favored at home, as they are getting odds of -3 points against the Eagles tonight. The over/under total for the game has been set at 45.5 points. Philadelphia has won four of its last five meetings with Carolina, covering the spread in all four wins. These two have hit the over in four straight meetings.

Carolina is 5-0 on the season, 4-1 against the spread and 3-1-1 with the over. The Panthers are coming off a 27-23 win over the Seahawks on the road last week to get to 5-0. Carolina is now averaging 27 points per game despite putting up just 334.2 yards per contest. The Panthers’ defense is holding opponents to just 18.8 points and 338 yards per game. Cam Newton has thrown for 1,078 yards and eight touchdowns while rushing for 225 yards and three more scores. Philadelphia is 3-3 on the year, 3-3 against the spread and 5-1 with the under. The Eagles are coming off a 27-7 win over the Giants at home last week to win back-to-back games for the first time this season. The Eagles are averaging 24 points and 353.8 yards per game this season on offense while allowing 18.3 points and 354.8 yards per game on defense. Sam Bradford has thrown for 1,561 yards and nine touchdowns, but also has nine interceptions. Jordan Matthews is the leading receiver with 36 catches for 384 yards and a touchdown. Walter Thurmond is lead the defense with 30 tackles and three interceptions.
