View Updated NFL Odds

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Panthers are favored at home in today’s playoff game, as they are getting odds of -3 points against the Cardinals. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 47 points.

Carolina is 16-1 on the season, 9-0 at home and 12-5 against the spread and 11-5-1 with the over. Arizona is 14-3 overall, 7-1 on the road, 9-8 against the spread and 9-8 with the over. The home team has won and covered the spread in four straight in this series while the two have hit the over in three of their last five meetings.

Last week, Carolina jumped out to a 31-0 halftime lead against one of the premier defenses. They did with a mix of the run and pass, while their defense scored on a Luke Kuechly pick-six. Arizona can do a lot of damage, with Carson Palmer throwing it to Larry Fitzgerald, John Brown and Michael Floyd or Kuechly could score again if Palmer gest sloppy again.
