Bet AFC South Division Odds to Win
Tennessee Titans 2/1
Although he fractured his fibula in Week 16 against the Jaguars last season, quarterback Marcus Mariota enters 2017 with high expectations. He finished last season with a career-high 3,426 passing yards and 26 touchdowns compared to just nine interceptions. He’ll have two new weapons in the passing game to target in free agent addition Eric Decker and first-round pick Corey Davis. DeMarco Murray and Derrick Henry also return to a rushing attack that finished second behind the Bills for most rushing yards in 2016. The defense also got a boost with free agent nose tackle Sylvester Williams and cornerback Logan Ryan.
Indianapolis Colts 9/4
Much like the previous five seasons, the Colts’ fate will be decided by quarterback Andrew Luck, who is questionable for the start of training camp due to a shoulder injury. The team invested its first three selections of the 2017 NFL Draft on defense, including Ohio State safety Malik Hooker, Florida corner Quincy Wilson, and Ohio defensive end Tarell Basham. The defense still has a long ways to go, however, and could be a determinant to Indianapolis’ success this season.

Houston Texans 9/4
One year after signing Brock Osweiler to a ridiculous free agent contract, the Texans bailed on the quarterback by trading him the Browns. Tom Savage is listed as the starter, although the team drafted Clemson signal-caller Deshaun Watson in the first round so the rookie will push for starting snaps this season. Lamar Miller, DeAndre Hopkins, Will Fuller and CJ Fiedorowicz all return on offense. On defense, the unit should be the best in the division again, especially with the healthy return of defensive end JJ Watt. Jadeveon Clowney, Whitney Mercilus, Brian Cushing, Benardrick McKinney and Jonathan Joseph all return on that side of the ball.
Jacksonville Jaguars 5/1
The Jaguars will have a new look as Doug Marrone replaces Gus Bradley as head coach. Of course, no matter who the front man is, the Jags’ success will ride on the development of disappointing quarterback Blake Bortles. The team gave him yet another weapon this offseason by drafting LSU running back Leonard Fournette in the first round. Fournette will join an offense that also features Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns, as well as tight end Marcedes Lewis. The defense is young but filled with promise, namely thanks to Dante Fowler Jr., Myles Jack and Jalen Ramsey. The team also signed former Houston corner AJ Bouye this offseason.
