Championship Odds
The NFL has reached Championship Weekend as the Arizona Cardinals will host the Philadelphia Eagles and the Baltimore Ravens will take on the Pittsburgh Steelers at Heinz Field.
Oddsmakers have released all of the point spreads and over/under totals for these two games.
Oddsmakers from online sports book Sports Interaction have made the Eagles 3.5-point favorites against the Cardinals despite the game being in Arizona this Sunday. Philadelphia would be the first team in NFL history to go to the Super Bowl despite being the sixth-seeded team in the NFC at the start of the playoffs.
The total for the NFC Championship Game has been set at 47 given Arizona’s outstanding offense and sub par defense. (Although nobody would call the Cards’ defense “sub par” after holding the Panthers to 13 points last week in Carolina.)
The AFC Championship Game will be one of the most anticipated matchups of the season as the Ravens have been made a 6-point underdog on the road against the Steelers. Just like Philadelphia, if Baltimore advances to the Super Bowl, it would be the first time a six-seeded team would compete for the Lombardi Trophy.
Not surprisingly, oddsmakers have set the total for this game at 33.5. The total is obviously set so low because both the Steelers and Ravens boast the two best defenses in the NFL.
NFL Championship Point Spreads and Over/Under Totals
313 Philadelphia Eagles –3.5 over 47
314 Arizona Cardinals +3.5 under 47
315 Baltimore Ravens +6 over 33.5
316 Pittsburgh Steelers –6 under 33.5
