NFL Week 13 Las Vegas Odds
We’ve reached December and with teams jockeying for playoff positioning in both conferences, here’s a look at how Las Vegas oddsmakers view Week 13 in the NFL.
Seahawks at Vikings, 1:00PM ET
If the playoffs were to start today, both of these teams would be in. The Vikings would be NFC North champions and the Seahawks, following their win over the Steelers and the Falcons loss to Minnesota on Sunday, would be the sixth seed. After opening as a pick’em, the point spread for this game moved to Seattle -1 but is now back down to a pick’em at the MGM Mirage sportsbook in Las Vegas. As for the total, it opened at 41 before jumping to 41.5.
Packers at Lions, 8:25PM ET (Thursday)
Major NFC North implications on the line this Thursday night when a suddenly hot Lions team will look to beat the Packers for the second time in three weeks. After opening as a 5.5-point underdog, Detroit is now a 3-point home dog in Vegas, while the total has gone from 46.5 up to 47 points. At 7-4, Green Bay needs to keep pace with the 8-3 Vikings inside the NFC North, while the Lions are looking to climb back into the wild card hunt despite a 4-7 record.
Eagles at Patriots, 4:25PM ET
This game has seen the most line movement in Week 13. The Patriots opened as a 13-point favorite but with Rob Gronkowski suffering an injury on Sunday night in Denver, the spread dropped below the key number of 10 and is now 9.5 in Vegas. Gronkowski is expected to miss at least one week with a knee injury but New England should get Danny Amendola back from a knee injury that sidelined him for Week 12. As for the Eagles, they’ve lost three straight games to fall to 4-7 but they’re still very much in the hunt due to a horrible NFC East Division.
