After a few shaky outings the last few weeks, the Atlanta Falcons look to have a strong showing this Sunday when they host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at 1PM ET on FOX.

According to oddsmakers at MyBookie, Atlanta is the favorite at home, as the Falcons are getting odds of -7.5 points against the Bucs. The over/under total for the game has been set at 48.5 points. The Falcons have won and covered the spread in three of their last four outings with Tampa Bay. These two have hit the over in three of their last four meetings.

Atlanta is 6-1 on the season, 4-3 against the spread and 4-2-1 with the under. The Falcons are coming off a 10-7 win over the Titans on the road last week, but their last three weeks have seen them fail to cover with shaky outings against Washington, NO and Tennessee. Atlanta is averaging 27.6 points and 403.1 yards per game on offense while the defense is allowing 21.4 points and 353.3 yards per game. Matt Ryan has thrown for 2,002 yards and nine touchdowns this season while Devonta Freeman has rushed for 621 yards and nine touchdowns. Julio Jones has added 58 catches for 730 yards and five scores.

Tampa Bay is 2-4 on the season, 3-3 against the spread and 4-2 with the over. The Bucs are coming off a 31-30 loss at Washington last week after taking a 24-0 lead in the opening half. Tampa is now averaging 23.3 points and 363.8 yards per game on offense. Tampa is worst in the NFL in points allowed at 29.8, but sixth in yards allowing, giving up just 328.2 per game. Jameis Winston has thrown for 1,471 yards and nine touchdowns in his rookie year while Doug Martin has rushed for 541 yards and three touchdowns. The Bucs defense is led by Jacquies Smith, who has 14 tackles and five sacks.
