Titans vs. Saints Odds
The New Orleans Saints look to build on their current win streak this Sunday when they host the Tennessee Titans at 1PM ET on CBS.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Saints are the clear favorite at home, as they are getting odds of -7.5 points against the Titans. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 48 points. Tennessee has won four of its last five against New Orleans, going 3-1-1 against the spread in those five games. These two have hit the under in three straight meetings.
New Orleans is 4-4 on the season, 4-3-1 against the spread and 4-3-1 with the over. The Saints are coming off a 52-49 win over the Giants at home last week for their third straight win. New Orleans is now averaging 26.6 points per game while putting up 422.4 yards per contest. The Saints defense is giving up 29.2 points and 406.2 yards per game. Drew Brees has thrown for 2,376 yards and 15 touchdowns to lead the offense while Mark Ingram has run for 530 yards and five scores. The NO defense is led by Cameron Jordan, who has 20 tackles and six sacks.
Tennessee is 1-6 on the season, 3-4 against the spread and 4-3 with the over. The Titans are coming off a 20-6 loss at Houston last week for their sixth straight loss. The team fired coach Ken Whisenhunt during the week despite being in just his second year as coach. Tennessee is averaging just 17.9 points and 309.9 yards per game on offense, both of which rank 31st in the NFL. The defense is giving up 22.7 points and 316.6 yards per game. Marcus Mariota has thrown for 1,239 yards and nine touchdowns this season, but he has missed the last two games with an injury. However, he is probable to play this week. Kendall Wright has been the top receiver this year with 28 catches for 343 yards and three touchdowns. The Tennessee defense is led by Derrick Morgan, who has 22 tackles with 4.5 sacks.
