NFL Playoffs: Home team on a good ATS run in Packers-Cowboys series

GREEN BAY, WI (The Spread) – The Cowboys will visit the Packers in the Divisional round of the NFL playoffs this weekend in a series that has favored the home team.

The home team is an impressive 9-2 against the spread in the last 11 meetings between these two teams, which will meet at 1:05PM ET on Sunday afternoon. The Packers had a bye last week while the Cowboys had to come from behind to beat the Lions 24-20 on Wildcard Weekend. Dallas failed to cover as 6-point home favorites.

The Packers have also been a profitable bet in the playoffs, going 6-2 at the betting window in their last eight playoff games. The Cowboys almost have the exact opposite record in the playoffs, going 2-7 against the number in their last nine postseason games.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Packers are currently 6-point home favorites over the Cowboys while the total for Sunday’s game is sitting at 52.5 points.
