NFL Predictions: Vikings vs. Redskins to be Low-Scoring? 11/10/17

Vikings vs. Redskins Total Prediction

Will Sunday’s matchup between the Vikings and Redskins in D.C. result in a low-scoring game for bettors?

Game Info

Matchup: Vikings (6-2) at Redskins (4-4)

TV: FOX, 1:00 p.m. ET

Line: Vikings -1.5 (42)

ODDS: According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the over/under currently sits at 42 points after hitting the board at 42.5. As for the point spread, the Vikings opened as a 2.5-point road favorite but the line was bet down to 1.5 at the majority of sportsbooks.

Bet NFL Week 10 Games

PUBLIC BETTING: As of this writing, the Redskins are receiving 57% of the tickets.

KEY TRENDS: The home team is 4-0 against the spread in the last four meetings between these two teams while the underdog is 4-1 against the number in the last five series meetings.

OUR PREDICTION: The under has cashed in 22 of the Vikings’ last 23 conference games. It is also 4-1 in their last five games coming off a bye, is 9-3 in their last 12 games following a win, and is 6-2-1 in their last nine games in November. Minnesota has been incredible defensively this season. The Vikings rank third in points allowed, fourth in total yards, third in rushing yards allowed and seventh in passing yards surrendered. The Redskins are still banged-up along their offensive line but their defense did a hell of a job limiting scoring a week ago in Seattle and I believe they’ll do the same at home this Sunday. I love the under here.

NFL WEEK 10 OVER/UNDER PREDICTION: VIKINGS/REDSKINS UNDER 42
