OUR PREDICTION: Kansas City’s 4-0 record speaks for itself. The Chiefs are the best team in football right now thanks to a combination of Kareem Hunt’s impact, Alex Smith playing like a different quarterback, and a defense that has overcome the season-ending injury to safety Eric Berry. That said, the Texans have been rejuvenated by the play of rookie quarterback Deshaun Watson. Bill O’Brien finally has a quarterback that will take advantage of excellent weapons in Deandre Hopkins, Lamar Miller and Will Fuller. Defensively, the Texans are good now but could be great by the end of the season. They rank fifth in total yards allowed, ninth in passing yards allowed, 14th in rushing yards allowed and 17th in points. The Chiefs are playing on a short week having played on Monday night, are on the road and will face a home underdog in primetime. I think KC falls for the first time this season.
