New York hit the board as 5.5-point road underdogs but the line has since been bet down to 4. As for the total, the number hit the board at 49.5 but has been bet down to 47.5.
Public Betting Information
Somewhat surprisingly, bettors are taking the road underdog in this matchup despite Dallas running back Ezekiel Elliott’s suspension falling through via the court system. As of this writing, 58% of public bettors are backing the Giants plus the points.

OUR PREDICTION: The line movement for this game has been interesting. The Cowboys opened as high as -6 at some sports books, then Elliott was suspended six games. The point spread then dropped to 4.5, Elliott won his appeal, but the line stayed for a moment and then dropped again. Public bettors are taking the Giants, but not enough to move the line down a half-point in my eyes. Plus, New York could be without its biggest weapon, as Odell Beckham Jr. is questionable with an ankle/leg injury. Anyway…the Giants are 5-0 against the spread in their last five games versus the Cowboys and are 6-2 against the number in their last eight games in Dallas. I think this is a field goal game either way and I don’t trust Dallas’ defense.
