Bills vs. Jets Odds
The 10th week of the NFL Season gets underway tonight when the New York Jets host the Buffalo Bills at 8:25PM ET on the NFL Network.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Jets are a slim favorite at home in this game, as they are getting odds of -2.5 points against the Bills. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 42 points. The Bills have won and covered the spread in three straight against the Jets and the two have hit the over in five of their last seven meetings.
The Jets are 5-3 on the season, 4-3-1 against the spread and 5-3 with the over. New York is coming off a 28-23 win over the Jaguars last week to snap a two-game losing streak. The Jets are averaging 25 points and 365.9 yards per game on offense this year while the defense ranks fourth in total defense (323.2 ypg) and first in rushing defense (80.6 ypg). Ryan Fitzpatrick has thrown for 1,790 yards and 13 touchdowns to lead the offense while Brandon Marshall has caught 54 passes for 730 yards and five scores. Chris Ivory is the leading rusher with 544 yards and six touchdowns while Muhammad Wilkerson is leading the defense with 32 tackles and five sacks.
Buffalo is 4-4 on the year, 4-4 against the spread and 5-3 with the over. The Bills snapped a two-game losing streak with a 33-17 win over Miami last week. Buffalo comes into the game averaging 26.1 points per game thanks to its second-ranked rushing attack that is posting 141.6 yards per game. Defensively, Buffalo is allowing 23.8 points and 353.5 yards per game. Tyrod Taylor has thrown for 1,278 yards and 10 touchdowns to lead the offense while LeSean McCoy has added 416 rushing yards and Karlos Williams has run for 336 yards and five touchdowns. The defense is led by Corey Graham, who has 69 tackles and one sack.
