Oddsmakers from online sportsbook SBGGLOBAL have made Indianapolis a 3-point favorite on the road against the Titans. The over/under has been set at 45. (View Matchup)
Opening odds had the Colts favored by 2.5 points. The spread had climbed up to 3.5 but the odds then fell back to 3 to close. The over/under total opened at 46 and moved up to 46.5 before the total fell back to 45.5.
The Colts have lost three straight and four of their last five. Manning is in one of the worst funks in his career as he has thrown 11 interceptions over his last three games. On the season, his quarterback rating is just 89.4 as he has thrown for 3,709 yards and 24 touchdowns with 15 interceptions. As a whole, the offense is totaling 382.4 yards per game and 303.3 passing yards per game. On defense, the Colts are giving up 24.2 points and 342.8 yards per game.
Tennessee has lost five straight games and the Titans haven’t scored at least 20 points in their last four games. The offense is averaging just 291.6 yards per game as they haven’t had consistency at quarterback with Vince Young and Kerry Collins each battling through injuries all year. The two have combined for over 2,000 passing yards and 15 touchdowns but Young is now out for the rest of the year. Defensively, Tennessee is holding opponents to 19.6 points per game.
In terms of injuries, Indianapolis receiver Pierre Garcon is questionable with a hand injury while running backs Mike Hart and Joseph Addai are not expected to play because of differing injuries. Tennessee cornerback Ryan Mouton is doubtful for the game because of a hamstring injury.
Over 36,700 public bets have been placed on this game and Indianapolis is getting 91% of the wagers with -3 odds on Thursday night.
