The Bills Josh Allen said he is working on his ball placement in hopes of giving his receivers opportunities to generate more yards after catch. Allen noted in a recent press conference that he didn’t think the Bills were very good in the YAC department last season. According to PFF, his analysis isn’t too far off. Stefon Diggs (320) and Cole Beasley (315) ranked 26th and 27th in the league respectively — marking a particularly steep drop for Diggs, who in 2020 ranked seventh in the league in YAC with 474 additional yards. Already one of the league’s most explosive offenses, the Bills are postured for an elite 2022 season. Any additional effort by Allen and company to improve on the finer points of the game can only bode well for fantasy managers who are heavily invested in this offense.
Los Angeles Rams DFS Spin
Rams coach Sean McVay said Matthew Stafford has “no limitations” in practice or game-planning. The gist of it is that McVay believes that Stafford’s elbow is fully ready for Week 1 and they won’t do anything beyond the normal rest for him that they did last season. It’s unsurprising news because the Rams haven’t exactly been publicly concerned — outside outlets have generated most of the real doubt — but it is news nonetheless as we look towards Week 1. McVay said there’d be “no hesitation” in asking Stafford to throw 50 passes in a game.

Bills vs. Rams Spread Prediction:
The favorite has cashed in four of the last five meetings between these two teams, as have the Bills, who are 4-1 against the spread in their last five games against the Rams and 4-1-1 against the number in their last six games dating back to last season. The Rams, meanwhile, have failed to cover in four of their last five games as a favorite and following an offseason of speculation when it comes to Stafford’s shoulder, I wouldn’t be surprised in the least if the Rams stumbled out of the gates while attempting to defend their crown.
