New England is a 10-point home favorite versus Philadelphia today according to oddsmakers from online sports book RealBet.eu, while the total sits at 49 after opening at 48.5 points.

The Eagles enter play with a  4-7 record and are 4-7 against the spread this season, while the Patriots are 10-1 straight up and 5-4-2 at the betting window. Of the current wagers placed on today’s game, 71% of bettors currently favor New England to cover the double-digit spread.

On the injury front, Sam Bradford (shoulder) is listed as probable and will retake the Eagles’ starting job while replacing Mark Sanchez. Zach Ertz (concussion) is also probable, as is receiver Nelson Agholor (hip), although Ryan Mathews (concussion, groin) has been ruled out.

As for the Patriots, Don’t’a Hightower (MCL) is questionable, as is fellow linebacker Jamie Collins (illness). The team will be without tight end Rob Gronkowski, who suffered a knee injury in last Sunday’s loss to the Broncos, while Danny Amendola (knee) is listed as questionable.
