Who the Trends Like: The Raiders and the under. In the last 22 meetings between these two teams that the Chargers are the host, the under is 16-5-1. Meanwhile, the road team is a perfect 6-0 against the spread in the last six meetings between these two teams. The underdog is also 15-2 against the number in the last 17 meetings in this series and the Raiders have covered in seven of their last eight games in L.A.

Who We Like: Oakland. The Raiders have nothing to play for but they didn’t have much to play for two weeks ago when they should have beaten the Cowboys at home on Sunday night and had nothing to play for on Christmas night and nearly beat the Eagles in Philly.

The Raiders, the underdog, and the road team have been too good of a bet to pass up. Besides, the Raiders are 3-0-2 against the spread in their last five games coming off a loss and are 11-5-1 agianst the number in their last 17 games after scoring less than 15 points in their previous game.

On the other side, the Chargers are 4-9-1 against the spread in their last 14 games versus AFC opponents, are 7-15 against the number in their last 22 games coming off a straight up win, and are 2-5-1 at the betting window in their last eight divisional games.
