ATLANTA: The Falcons were a small upset victim last Sunday at home, losing 31-24 as a 2.5-point favorite against the Buccaneers. Matt Ryan had a good performance, completing 27-of-39 passes for 334 yards with two touchdowns and no picks, but he had no help in the running game. OAKLAND: The Raiders came from behind to beat the Saints 35-34 as a 2.5-point road underdog in Week 1. Derek Carr found Seth Roberts on a 10-yard passing touchdown with under a minute remaining in the game to get the Raiders within one point of tying the game. Instead of kicking the extra point, head coach Jack Del Rio called for a two-point conversion, which Carr completed on a pass to Michael Crabtree. Carr completed 24-of-38 passes for 319 yards with a one touchdown.

OUR PICK: The Falcons have a better defense than the Saints but they have zero pass rush, so Carr should have another big game. The over is 8-3 in the Falcons’ last 11 games in September and 5-0 in the Raiders’ last five games in September. The over is also 8-2 in the Raiders’ last 10 games coming off a win, are 22-7-2 in their last 31 games following an ATS win and is 4-1 in their last five games in Week 2.
