The Saints own the worst defense in the league but will the under still hit in San Diego when they visit the Chargers at 4:25PM ET on Sunday?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Chargers are 3.5-point home favorites versus the Saints after opening at -4.5. As for the total, the over/under currently sits at 53.5 after opening at that same number.
NEW ORLEANS: The Saints dropped to 0-3 on the year and 1-2 against the spread with their 45-32 loss to the Falcons on Monday Night Football. OUR PICK: Bettors will be clamoring to bet the over in every Saints game moving forward after they allowed 45 points to the Falcons on Monday night. But the under is a perfect 4-0 in New Orleans’ last four road games, including 1-0 this season when the Giants and Saints played to a 16-13 final in East Rutherford in Week 2. The under is also 4-1 in the Chargers’ last five home games and is 5-2 in their last seven games versus a team with a losing record.
