They just lost Darren Sproles for the season and despite being able to run the ball effectively last week against the Giants, they’re going to have problems maintaining an effective running game. Carson Wentz is a smart kid with a bright future and you can see how the offense is quickly starting to revolve around him, but his blocking hasn’t been great to start the season and there’s only so much improvising a young signal-caller can do. The Chargers have been a play or two away from being 2-1 to start the season. They’re due, and I think their luck changes today taking on a team that has to fly cross-country.
