Lions vs. Jaguars Week 9 Odds

With their 28-24 win over the Seahawks in Week 7, the Lions have won two of their last three games and are now 3-4 on the season. Matthew Stafford finally got the passing game moving last week, as he completed 34-of49 passes for 352 yards with three touchdowns and one interception. Calvin Johnson was held to just three catches for 46 yards, but Titus Young stepped up while hauling in nine passes for 100 yards and two touchdowns. Detroit remains in last place in the NFC North, two games behind Minnesota and Green Bay, and three games behind Chicago.
While they’ve been competitive the last two weeks, the Jaguars have now lost four straight games after beating the Colts 22-17 in Week 3. Last Sunday they fell 24-15 to the Packers as a 16-point road underdog, and two weeks ago they were beaten 26-23 by the Raiders as a 6-point road dog. They return home this weekend, where they’re 0-3 straight up and 0-3 against the spread. They last time they were in Jacksonville they were crushed 41-6 by a Bears team that easily covered the 6-point spread. Sitting in last place in the AFC South, Jacksonville is 1-6 overall and 4-3 against the spread.
