Josh Freeman completed 19-of-36 passes for 262 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions, while Doug Martin stole the show with his 135-yard rushing performance. The rookie back also scored one touchdown on the ground and one through their air while catching three passes for 79 yards. The win improved the Bucs’ record to 3-4 straight up and 5-2 against the spread as they covered as a 5.5-point underdog. Tampa Bay has now covered the number in two of its last three games while the over has hit in four straight games.
OAKLAND: The Raiders soundly beat the Chiefs 26-16 last Sunday in Kansas City. Carson Palmer completed 14-of-28 passes for 209 yards with two touchdowns and one interception, while Darren McFadden rushed for 114 yards on 29 carries. Denarius Moore also caught five passes for 96 yards and one touchdown, while Darrius Heyward-Bey’s lone reception went for 32 yards and a touchdown. The Raiders are now 3-4 overall and 3-4 against the spread, as they’ve covered in two of their last three games.
