The Eagles are coming off a 38-27 loss to the Cowboys last weekend. Philadelphia has now lost two straight to fall to 9-5 on the season. They are a game behind Dallas in the NFC East and a game out of the NFC playoff picture. The Eagles are now 8-6 against the spread on the season, but they have failed to cover in their last four losses and have covered in their last six wins.

Washington is coming off a 24-13 loss at the Giants last week. Washington has now dropped six straight games to fall to 3-11 on the season. The Skins also lost Colt McCoy to an injury, making Robert Griffin III the starting quarterback once again. Washington is now 4-10 against the spread on the season and 1-5 ATS in their last 6.

The oddsmakers like the Eagles on the road, as oddsmakers from Bovada.lv have given the Eagles odds of -7.5 points against the Redskins tonight. The over/under total for the game has been set at 50 points (View Matchup). Philadelphia has won three straight meetings with Washington, covering the spread in five of their last eight against the Redskins as well.

These two met back on Sept. 21 with the Eagles getting a 37-34 road victory, but both teams look very different now, especially the Eagles, who have Mark Sanchez under center. The battle in this game will be on the ground, as Washington has the seventh-best rushing defense in the NFL, allowing just 101 yards per game. The Eagles have the eighth-best rushing attack in the NFL, averaging 121 yards per game on the ground.
