Green Bay Packers DFS Spin
Christian Watson (hamstring) remained limited in Friday’s practice. Watson returned to action in Week 4 after missing the first three games of the year. Given his history with lower body injuries, the Packers will likely keep his practice schedule limited for a few more weeks. Barring any setbacks, the speedy wideout should be good to go for Week 5. He will likely play a larger role in his second game back, putting him on the WR2/3 border versus the Raiders.
Las Vegas Raiders DFS Spin
Jimmy Garoppolo cleared the league’s concussion protocol and will play in Week 5 against the Packers. Garoppolo returned to practice on Thursday and was fully cleared for action today. He missed the Raiders’ Week 4 bout with the Chargers because of the concussion. Aidan O’Connell started in his place, but the rookie was clearly out of his depth. O’Connell threw for 238 yards and an interception in a losing effort. Garoppolo’s return will provide a massive boost to the fantasy outlooks of Davante Adams, Jakobi Meyers, and Josh Jacobs.

Packers vs. Raiders Prediction:
Take the under. Despite having 2022’s NFL rushing leader, the Raiders have not been able to run the football this season. That said, the Packers have allowed 155.3 rushing yards per game this season, which is the third-most in the league. If the Raiders can establish the run, it should take some pressure off turnover-prone Jimmy Garoppolo. On the other side, the Packers need to run the ball with Aaron Jones (assuming he plays), while allowing Jordan Love to continue to manage games. As soon as it’s a drop back passing game, Love tends to struggle. I see this game being tight throughout, but lower-scoring.
