Carolina Panthers DFS Spin
Teddy Bridgewater (knee) will play in Week 12 against the Vikings. Bridgewater was a full participant in practice throughout the week and was never expected to miss this #revenge spot. Even if/when Christian McCaffrey (shoulder) is ultimately ruled out, Bridgewater, who is averaging the 16th-most fantasy points per game among quarterbacks, is in a terrific matchup against a Vikings defense that most recently permitted 5.9 yards per play to Dallas’ sinking offense
Minnesota Vikings DFS Spin
Kirk Cousins completed 22-of-30 passes for 314 yards and three touchdowns in Minnesota’s 31-28 Week 11 loss to Dallas. Minnesota trailed 16-7 at the half after losing two fumbles and getting flagged for six penalties through the first two quarters but marched down the field for scoring drives of 75, 81 and 85 yards after the intermission. One of Cousins’ two touchdown passes to Adam Thielen can be attributed to the latter’s sticky hands as Thielen made a one-handed grab in the back corner of the end zone that rivaled his one-hander from Week 10. Justin Jefferson also ran himself open for a 39-yard score to retake the lead in the final quarter. Week 12 against the Panthers projects as another game for Dalvin Cook to run wild on 30-plus touches, but it additionally sets up well for Cousins to be used as a confident streamer to replace for injuries.
Panthers vs. Vikings Betting Prediction
The underdog is 5-1 against the spread in the last six meetings between these two teams while the Panthers have covered four straight on the road. The Panthers are also 4-0 against the number in their last four games as a road underdog and have covered in six of their last seven games as an underdog of any kind. The Vikings, meanwhile, have failed to cover in four of their last five games as a home favorite and are winless at the betting window in their last four games after allowing more than 350 total yards in their previous contest.
